Meet The Team

Dr. Galina Tsypis
DPT, GCS, SST Cert., LSVT Big Cert., PWR! Cert, ATTP Cert.
Dr. Galina Tsypis, DPT, GCS is the founder and primary Physical Therapist at LevinWell Fitness & Rehab. Galina earned her Bachelor's and Master's of Science Degrees in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in 1995 and her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2017. She is an APTA Board Certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist in Physical Therapy (2003/2013). Additionally, she is certified in LSVT Big (2013), PWR! (2016), ATTP Training for Parkinson's Disease (2019), and Scoliosis Schroth Treatment (2013).
Her clinical experience includes working in acute care, acute rehab, outpatient therapy and home care. While working for MossRehab, Einstein Health Care network for over 20 years, she gained invaluable experience treating individuals living with musculoskeletal, neurologic impairments and other chronic medical conditions. Galina speaks regularly at venues on topics of home safety, fall prevention and improving mobility as individuals 'age in place.'
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, practicing mindfulness and nature walks.

Lynne Rockwell
B.S., COTA/L, CLT, LSVT Big Cert.
Lynne Rockwell, COTA earned her Bachelor's of Science degree from Penn State University, but changed course and decided she wanted to work in the field of Occupational Therapy. Since graduation from Harcum College, she has worked in many settings which has greatly contributed to her overall knowledge in the field. She has experience in the areas of hand therapy, nursing home, acute care, inpatient and outpatient rehab, and lymphedema. Lynne also taught COTA students at Harcum College.
Lynne has certifications in LSVT Big for people living with Parkinson's Disease, Lymphedema and Breast Cancer Rehab, and Kineseotaping. In addition to this experience, she became certified in Koru Mindfulness, hosting classes at academic institutions in the Philadelphia region. As a part of her role at Harcum College and within the fieldwork community, she was an active member of the Philadelphia Region Fieldwork Consortium. She also served as the legislative liaison as well as functioning on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Task Force. Lynne currently participates on the advisory board at Salus University.
In her free time, Lynne enjoys family time with her kids, hosting mindfulness classes, going to the beach in any weather, exercising, gardening and reading.

Deb Masters
OTR/L, ATP, LSVT Big Cert.
Deb Masters, OTR/L, ATP graduated from Elizabethtown College with her Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy. She has over 25 years experience as an Occupational Therapist working in a variety of settings including home care, acute care, rehab and skilled nursing.
She is certified as an ATP (Assistive Technology Practitioner) and has over 20 years experience working with clients limited by mobility impairments. She performs custom wheelchair seating and positioning evaluations with the goal of improving function, safety, comfort and mobility. She is able to provide education on home safety, energy conservation and efficient activity completion. Additionally, she is LSVT BIG certified for working with individuals living with Parkinson's Disease.
Her goal is to balance the unique challenges individuals face in their home environment to maximize function, safety and quality of life.

In her free time she enjoys biking, paddle boarding, hiking, going to the beach and painting.
