Dr. Galina Tsypis
PT, DPT, SST Cert., LSVT Big Cert., PWR! Cert, ATTP Cert.
Dr. Galina Tsypis, DPT is the founder and primary Physical Therapist at LevinWell Fitness & Rehab. Galina earned her Bachelor's and Master's of Science Degrees in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in 1995 and her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2017. APTA Board Certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist in Physical Therapy (2003-2023). Additionally, she is certified in LSVT Big (2013), PWR! (2016), ATTP Training for Parkinson's Disease (2019), and Schroth 3D Scoliosis Therapy (2013).

Her clinical experience includes working in acute care, acute rehab, outpatient therapy and home care. While working for MossRehab, Einstein Health Care network for over 20 years, she gained invaluable experience treating individuals living with musculoskeletal, neurologic impairments and other chronic medical conditions. Galina speaks regularly at venues on topics of home safety, fall prevention and improving mobility as individuals 'age in place.'
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, practicing mindfulness and nature walks.

Dr. Tatyana Shekhterman
MPT, DPT, CLT, SST
Dr. Tatyana Shekhterman earned her Bachelor's and Master's of Science Degrees in Physical Therapy from University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2006 and her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in 2017. Additionally, she is certified in lymphedema treatment through Norton School of Lymphatics (2010) and Schroth 3D Scoliosis Therapy (2013).
Dr. Shekhterman has been working in diverse settings including acute care, acute and subacute rehab, homecare and outpatient settings. The majority of her experience comes from working at Moss Rehab and Jefferson-Einstein Healthcare Network, addressing the needs of a diverse patient population. She served as a lab assistant for a lymphedema certification course, presented on musculoskeletal conditions during oncology courses, and volunteers her time for Life Rolls On. In her free time she likes to spend time with her girls, go hiking, and explore outdoors with her grand-dog Lucy.

Deb Masters
OTR/L, ATP, LSVT Big Cert.
Deb Masters, OTR/L, ATP graduated from Elizabethtown College with her Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy. She has over 25 years experience as an Occupational Therapist working in a variety of settings including home care, acute care, rehab and skilled nursing.
She is certified as an ATP (Assistive Technology Practitioner) and has over 20 years experience working with clients limited by mobility impairments. She performs custom wheelchair seating and positioning evaluations with the goal of improving function, safety, comfort and mobility. She is able to provide education on home safety, energy conservation and efficient activity completion. Additionally, she is LSVT BIG certified for working with individuals living with Parkinson's Disease. Her goal is to balance the unique challenges individuals face in their home environment to maximize function, safety and quality of life. ​
In her free time she enjoys biking, paddle boarding, hiking, going to the beach and painting.



Arlette TwerskyMOTR/L, MCAT, TajiFit Instructor
Arlette is a an experienced Occupational Therapist with a demonstrated history of helping people regain function and achieve meaningful goals in the sub-acute and home healthcare. She is also a Certified Tai Chi for Veterans Instructor and is a member of the Community Care Network of the Veterans Administration. Arlette is aTai Chi practitioner and instructor who enjoys bringing the benefits of Tai Chi to all, regardless of age or physical disability.
