Therapist Lead
Individual or Group Classes
Proactive fitness will assist in prevention of future health and mobility limitations. Classes will focus on endurance, balance, core stability and strength.

Group Wellness
We are bridging the gap between insurance based therapy and community exercise classes. We focus on offering ongoing access to exercise for people living with Parkinson’s Disease.

Group Wellness Classes:
$120/month for 2x/week classes

Individual Wellness
Some individuals need more 1:1 support in their exercise goals. This is ideal for someone who has utilized their insurance benefits and would like/needs to have continued individual support.

At-Home Safety Evaluations
Providing in-home safety and accessibility assessments to ensure maximal function in your home. Includes recommendations on modifications and necessary adaptive equipment.
